We Don’t Just Claim Excellence. We Reward It.

In a market oversaturated by commercials boasting automotive excellence, few automakers actually put their employees to the test. 2013 heralded another year of Audi’s Twin Cup Challenge, an annual event that tests the world’s best Audi service and technical experts. Technicians participate in two rounds of qualifying trials that demonstrate their skill sets in vehicle diagnostics, best service practices, and product knowledge. Of those thousands, only forty are invited to a third round.

The top three technicians from this third round represent the United States in a global competition against thousands of other teams.

Audi Cary would like to take a moment and congratulate one of our own for his exceptional accomplishment.

Scott Mayo, who joined our crew in 2005, has worked diligently to be the “best of the best,” as he calls it – and his commitment to this personal mantra was illustrated by his ranking 14th in this year’s Twin Cup Challenge. As an Audi Master Guild technician and certified Audi Diagnostic Technician, Scott’s work consistently denotes a mastery of customer service and technical skills.

Thank you, Scott, for your continued efforts in living up to the Audi standard.
